Book Kits

In response to declining literacy & book bans, we created and distributed “book kits” with the help of a $1000 grant from Karma 4 Cara!
These book kits included: an inclusive book, four pens, two no.2 pencils, two mechanical pencils, a highlighter, & a journal.

These book kits were distributed throughout refugee centers in downtown Houston. We distributed them alongside food and basic needs resources.
